Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk.
Though rare, if you have not yet received an item that shows as being delivered, please give us a call so that we can investigate. In most cases, the item is located within 2 - 3 business days.
If your order arrives with obvious signs of damage, give us a call right away at 855-577-3079. We will make arrangements to ship a replacement as soon as possible. In the meantime, please take photos of the damage and then prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup.
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large to be delivered via regular shipping, we partner with freight carriers that specialize in the transportation and delivery of large parcel freight. Just like ground shipping, we do our best to cover the costs of freight shipping so that it comes to you free, but some destinations will require additional delivery costs if, for example, they are difficult to access. Most freight items will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days after leaving the fulfillment center.

Freight items are not returnable, so please take advantage of our Guaranteed Fit program by placing your order by phone!
Freight shipments will arrive on either a semi truck or a box truck, but they may not be equipped with a liftgate. Be aware that if the delivery truck does not have a liftgate, the customer is responsible for removing the item(s) from the truck.
To ensure a truck equipped with a liftgate, get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
Note that a liftgate only takes the item(s) from the truck to the ground beside the truck. Customers are responsible for moving the item to its desired location.
When receiving an item via freight shipment, the driver or delivery service will contact you to make a delivery appointment. When placing your order, be sure to include a valid phone number to reach you during checkout.
All freight shipments must be inspected before accepting delivery and signing the delivery receipt and/or bill of lading.
Inspect the outside of the product and its packaging for any damage AND open the packaging to inspect the product.
If damage is present in packaging or product, do not accept delivery and do not sign the delivery receipt. Return the product and any paperwork to the driver and call us right away at 866-577-3079.
If you would like to add to an order you have already placed, give us a call at 866-577-3079 and if possible, we’ll do what we can to ship your items together.
To cancel an order, give us a call at 866-577-3079. Orders are processed fast, so it’s possible your order could be on its way. If this is the case, it may need to go through the Returns process. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it.
If an item is on back order, the manufacturer will let us know. We’ll give you a call right away to discuss options, including substitute products or to wait for the original product.
