Our centrally located warehouses let us ship nearly every order to you fast and free. Sometimes, though, products may require an additional free from the carrier. This includes difficult to access rural areas and large downtown centers, as well as some freight shipments.
Our warehouses are located in Jasper, Indiana, and Springfield, Missouri. These locations allow us to deliver your order fast. In-stock orders usually ship from our warehouses within 24 hours. After shipment, delivery is estimated at 2-3 business days.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please call for details.

Shipping Notification and Receipt
Some carriers may require a signature for delivery if they deem necessary. You must be 18 or older to sign for and accept deliveries.
Items Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not yet received your order, please give us a call. Most times there is a simple explanation that can be resolved within 2-3 business days.
If your order arrives with obvious signs of damage, refuse delivery and give us a call right away.
If your item exceeds shipment limits for parcel carriers, a trusted freight carrier will deliver your order for free, though some locations may require an additional delivery fee. Most freight items arrive to you within 3-5 days.
The driver or delivery service will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Please include a valid contact number for the driver while placing your order.
Inspect Freight Shipments Before Accepting
If visible damage is present to your shipment, inspect it before signing. If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery, do not sign any paperwork, refuse the shipment, and call us right away. Freight shipments are NOT RETURNABLE.

How do I make a change to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order or if you wish to cancel your order, call us right away. If the order has processed and/or shipped, you may need to complete the return process.
How do you handle backorders?
If we get word from a manufacturer that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we’ll call you to let you know. We’ll provide insight to the estimated wait time, and, if you prefer, we’ll also provide you with a list of alternative product options.
